Refund Policy

Important: We do not offer monetary refunds on any purchases.

All sales are final, and we do not provide cash refunds or credit back to your original payment method. However, we are happy to exchange your product for a different size, color, or item of equal or lesser value within the 3-day exchange window.

  5. Receive Your Exchange: Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will process your exchange and ship the replacement product

Non-Exchangeable Items

Certain items cannot be exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during special promotions
  • Products that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items for exchange, unless the exchange is due to our error (such as receiving a defective or incorrect item). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund on shipping costs previously paid, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your exchange.

Defective or Damaged Items
