We offer product exchanges within 3 days of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

All sales are final, and we do not provide cash refunds or credit back to your original payment method. However, we are happy to exchange your product for a different size, color, or item of equal or lesser value within the 3-day exchange window.

Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items for exchange, unless the exchange is due to our error (such as receiving a defective or incorrect item). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund on shipping costs previously paid, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your exchange.
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a free exchange and cover all shipping costs. In cases of defective products received due to manufacturing defects, we will expedite the exchange process to ensure you receive a replacement as quickly as possible.
Once we receive your returned item, please allow 5-7 business days for inspection and processing. After your exchange is approved, we will ship your replacement item within 2-3 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your exchange has been shipped.
